James Shavick A native of Montreal, James Shavick has been one of Canada's most prolific and successful film and television producers over the past 20 years. James contributes his vast industry experience and relationships to OUTtv. James is a father of four, a grand father and the husband of our chair Joy MacPhail, and a prolific smoker of fine cigars. Joy MacPhail Joy MacPhail was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of BC for 14 years. A graduate of the London School of Economics, Joy is active as a media commentator on Canadian national television and loves a good shoe sale! |

Brad Danks Brad started his career in entertainment as a lawyer with a primary focus on film and television production. Later he operated as a media industry business consultant for many film, television and new media ventures. On a day to day basis Brad oversees all aspects of the OUTtv operation with a particular emphasis on developing and planning the network?s future strategy. Brad is also a proud papa of a gorgeous 3 year old girl! |

Nicky Forsman Nicky Forsman heads the development team out of the Vancouver office. She plays an integral role in seeing our project from the planning stage through to production. She also covers community events and enjoys grande-triple-shot-white-mocha coffees...with whip, of course. |

She goes to great concerts, shows, special Hollywood events and keeps an eye on all things interesting in day-to-day pop culture. A TV & movie junkie, independent girl and proud owner of a signing mini-terrier, Lily blogs on a variety of entertainment topics. |
