Pink Planet takes viewers on an up-close and personal journey to gay festivals, events and celebrations around the world, from the most secluded gay nude beach in Hawaii, to the hardcore leather festival in San Francisco and the bronco-bucking Gay Rodeo in Calgary, Alberta. Each stylish 30 minute episode focuses on a gay-friendly destination, exploring gay neighborhoods, nightlife and funky shopping districts. Along the way we meet the world’s gay movers and shakers, including the openly gay Mayor of Palm Springs, a young gay couple fighting for the right to adopt in Mexico City and a lesbian DJ and music producer to the stars, like Madonna, in Miami Beach.
