OUTtv Original Series
"Bigger and bolder" is Shaun Proulx's new mantra as he ventures out of the studio and into the wild pink yonder. The Shaun Proulx Show takes it to the streets in amazing interviews with American Idol superstar Adam Lambert, the endearing Harvey Fierstein, two original cast members from the hit show Rent, Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp, Hollywood belle of the ball Betty White, Jackie Collins, Kids in the Hall great Scott Thompson and the always sharp Joan Rivers.
Never afraid to tackle a tough subject, Shaun speaks with the Prince of Pot Marc Emery and Judy Shepard, LGBT activist and mother of Matthew Shepard. He gets down and dirty with the sharp tongue'd Kelly Cutrone, witty Canadian talent Trevor Boris and the legendary Melissa Etheridge. Don't miss your chance to feed your endless soap addiction with Shaun's all Y&R episode.

Shaun Proulx - In 2000 Shaun Proulx left a successful career in finance to pursue his creative ambitions. In 2009 Shaun Proulx was crowned 'King Of All Media' by fab magazine, and was featured on CBC's Connect with Mark Kelly in a career segment on successful people who were "technically unqualified, but rocked their careers based on sheer talent and moxie." In January 2010, Montreal's Hour magazine ranked Shaun on their 3rd annual Hot List.
The Shaun Proulx premiered with guests Vanessa Williams and Liza Minnelli to off-the-chart ratings. Previously, Shaun contributed to CBC's The HOUR, and MuchMoreMusic's Popaganda, among others. Owner and publisher of online magazine GayGuideToronto.com, Shaun's blog HIMBO was named in eye Weekly's Best of Toronto list.
He has appeared onstage in the Canadian premiere of Paul Rudnick's The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told (2000), and onscreen in Die Mutter, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2001. In 2006 he co-produced the Fashion Cares documentary DecAIDS - Anything Is Possible for Global Television. It won 'Best Social Documentary' at WorldFest in 2007, 'Best Full Length Feature' at the New York AIDS Film Festival in 2007 and was an official selection of the Hollywood Festival the same year.
Shaun lives in Toronto with his fiancé, Patrick Marano (aka porn star Eddie Stone), with whom he was named 'Canada's Next Power Couple' by Outlooks magazine in 2009. They have two dogs, Jack and Ella, and a cat, Annie.
Mark Wigmore - 12 years into the business of radio, Mark Wigmore hardly thought he would be this position: paired up with Shaun Proulx every afternoon like a couple of tropical fish visible from their studio fishbowl at the corner of Church and Wellesley Streets in downtown Toronto. Covering the best in entertainment from theatre to film, ballet, comedy and music, Wigmore brings his down to earth take on the fine arts to the airwaves every morning and afternoon on PROUD- FM. When not on the airwaves, you can read his articles on AOL Canada's homepage, SceneAndHeard.ca or flip through the Globe and Mail and keep and eye out for his name.
